Food is really great, but if you order delivery, bank on an extra 30-40 minutes on top of your estimated delivery time provided with the order confirmation. Each time we have called to check on our order, we get a “sorry” but nothing changes the next time. We keep hoping each time will be different without luck. Today’s order was placed at 5:15 pm for one 14” pizza, one 12” pizza, and six piece garlic knots with a delivery time of 6:15. The arrived room temp at 7:00. We reheated it. I get holiday weekends are rushed. And I wish I could say this was a one time issue, but it’s happened the last three times we have placed an order. It’s never been under 90 minutes for delivery. We order for 3-5 ppl so it’s not an order size issue. Just not worth it for us to order delivery from here anymore. We will still do carry out sometimes bc the pizza is really tasty.

We moved here from New York, and finding good pizza was one of the things we missed most—until we found this place! It’s a wonderful family-owned restaurant with the nicest, friendliest people. The pizza is absolutely delicious and the closest we’ve found to authentic New York pizza. We tried it once, and now we’re hooked! This has become our go-to pizza spot. Highly recommend!

Melinda and Stephen are such nice people. Their pizza is great and they also have the best dough for DIY pizza on the grill…. So delicious!!! Thank you 😁

Recently went in for our usual Large pizza and Stromboli this past Friday. Not only was the food just as amazing as it has always been, the Stromboli was almost identical to the image on the menu/website! The layering of the ingredients were perfect and the meal was easily enough for two with leftovers! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

If you’re looking for the best pizza in McKinney, Napolis Pizza On The Go is it. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and packed with flavor perfect crust, rich sauce, and generous toppings every time. You can genuinely tell they use high-quality ingredients; everything tastes clean and well made. I consider myself a bit of a pizza critic, and this place is just wowwwww honestly better than some of the pizza I’ve had in Italy. The owners are awesome and super friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Service is always quick and welcoming, and it’s super convenient for takeout when you need something fast but still want quality. If you’re in McKinney or North Dallas and craving real pizza, this spot is a must. Highly recommend!
